Each packet contains an expertly balanced mixture of herbs, spices, and flavor bases to truly complete your paella recipe. In contrast to using a soup base or "bullion," which often contain as much sodium and MSG as they do flavor, this mix specifically blended to add all the flavor with none of the undesired additives. Each of the 5 sachets contain enough seasonings and saffron for most medium sized recipes (simply use 2 for larger paellas.)
